2029년, 유해가스 유출로 금단의 땅이 되어버린 경주에서 대체 물질 연구를 진행하던 탐사대는 철수 작업 중 안개 폭풍에 휩쓸린다. 남은 탐사대는 수색 끝에 실종된 대원들을 경주 남산에서 발견하여 생환시키는데, 주인공은 그들에게서 이상한 점을 발견한다.
